Basic terms
Please read these before you join. Signing up means you agree to them.
Commission rate
You earn 30% of the subscription revenue from each customer you refer, for their first 12 months. After 12 months, commissions on that customer end.
Recurring, while active
You earn each month the referred customer keeps their paid subscription, within the 12-month window. If they cancel, commissions on that customer stop.
Cookie window
A referral is credited to you if the person subscribes within 60 days of clicking your link.
Payouts
Commissions are paid out monthly, after a clearing period, once they pass the minimum payout threshold. Payments are made through our affiliate platform.
Clearing period
Commissions are held for about 30 days before payout, to account for refunds and cancellations. Commissions on refunded or charged-back payments are not paid.
Self-referrals
You may not use your own affiliate link to sign up yourself or to get a discount on your own subscription. Self-referrals are not eligible for commission.
Honest promotion
Promote Simpli Studio truthfully. No spam, no misleading claims, no false promises about results or earnings. Accounts that violate this may be removed from the program without payout.
Program changes
We may update the commission rate, terms, or program structure going forward. Any changes apply to new referrals, not to commissions already earned.
Eligibility
We reserve the right to approve or decline any affiliate application, and to remove affiliates who violate these terms.
